FANTASTIC game tonight at Drake's Dealership in Oakland. We had tons of teams, tons of competition, and tons of fun! Tonight saw the most successful double-or-nothings this quizmaster has ever seen. We have some heavy hitters at Drake's Dealership! Returning champs "Hold Me Closer, Tiny Answer" made a consistently strong showing and took home third. Newcomers "BAM" held the lead spot for a significant part of the game, but lost the lead in the final two rounds - clearing the way for another newcomer team, "Too Tipsy To Trivia"! Drake's Dealership has a great vibe, a great space, great food, and a great weekly game of trivia at 7pm every Tuesday. Come out and join us!

Newcomers "The Squares" took it home this evening after a close game with lots of twists and turns! Veterans "Hold Me Closer, Tiny Answer" dominated the early game but were iiiinched out in the last few rounds. "Team Over 60 L-Bs" were newcomers too, and took third place. Team "Waack" only joined us for the last couple of rounds but made a VERY impressive showing, and we hope to see them back. It's always a great game at Drake's Dealership in Oakland; we play every Tuesday night at 7pm! Come out and join us!

Some very impressive showings this evening at Drake's Dealership in Oakland, CA! Team "NK" was a late starter but turned in a couple of successful double-or-nothings to place very respectably among our large roster of teams this evening. But it was "Kendrick's Autoshop" which took the lead in the 5th round - with another successful double-or-nothing - and only widened their lead from there!
