Tim Foley, Jonathan Dahl, and Jocelyn Kaylene are thrilled to share their first concept, Georgia’s Cocktail Lounge. The eclectic tapas menu offers comforting bar bites as well as rich treats to satisfy those late night munchies. The cocktail program features oldies but goodies as well as uniquely crafted cocktails all from fresh, local ingredients. Expect local craft beers and spirits to challenge the more adventurous drinkers.

Last night I had the pleasure of subbing at Georgia's Lounge in the South Bay Area. I had 7 lovely teams join me and boy was it a competitive night! The night started off with a three way tie for first between Pussy Over Pancakes, Kitty Kay Heart Attack and None-Yas, however by the second round, Mr. Poopy Butthole also climbed to first. All of the teams fought a good battle throughout the night keeping the scores very close but Pussy Over Pancakes was our reigning champions of the night. Team MinRik also had a moment of glory winning the drinking round of the night! It was an extremely fun night with exceptional teams and a wonderful bar staff! Thanks so much to all who came out and played.

On Monday Night at Georgia's, we had a nice old fashioned Barn Burner. It was a shoot out until the very last round. We had Hot In Redondo, playing their first trivia game as a team ever, vs Mr. Poopybutthole, a season veteran. HIR edged out MPBH by one point for the top spot! Everyone fought hard, but there could only be one top spot.

 

Hot In Redondo also won the Free Drink Round. Thank you to all the teams that came out, it was a very festive holiday round.

King Trivia on Monday night at Georgia's was pretty much anyone's game. With a couple regular teams a "no-call-no-show", the door was left wide open for first place. Pussy Over Pancakes overcame adversity of a larger team (8's), and battled to win it all. There is nothing I love to see more than a 10pt Double or nothing workout correctly, so congrats to POP. The other teams fought hard, but to no avail. We all got to see Drew Brees set the Touchdown record, and no one got beat as bad as the Colts.
