The Pub at Golden Road is a full-service, family-friendly environment located just a stone’s throw from Griffith Park in Atwater Village. Open 7 days a week, The Pub offers ample indoor and outdoor seating, over a dozen Golden Road beers on tap, and games for the young (and young at heart).
Wow! What a nail biter!! The Bad Explainers emerged victorious this week at Golden Road Brewery in Glendale, but it took a tie-breaker to secure the win after the stalwart ladies known as Harriet & The Spies doubled successfully in the final round to finish regulation play with a tie!
Adding pressure to the proceedings was the always tough Donner Party Train, who finished just one point behind with a healthy 65!
If that's not enough, no fewer than THREE other teams were snapping at their heels with 60: Big Willie Style, #squadgoals and We're In Diode Straits! So, yeah! We got your trivia competition right here!

Wow! What a tremendous night of trivia and frivolity this week at Golden Road Brewery in Glendale. GRB offers one of the best settings for a night of competition and comradery, and this week was no exception.
The Donner Party Train demonstrated just how formidable they can be (as if we needed a reminder) by winning the night with an impressive 78 points. But snapping at their heels were Always Bet on Brad (76) and The Bad Explainers (75). That's right! Just 3 points separated our top three teams! That's competition!!
The Donner Party Train are currently ranked at #13 in our League Play, which is important because tickets are now on sale for the big Tournament of Champions set to take place January 20th, 2018. Get your seats while you still can! Tickets are going fast!
