Tonight was a night brought into high spirits thanks to the players! Four teams were pitted against each other, all eager to take home the glory of being Survey Slam masters. Santa's Elves and the Favorite Customers were leading for a while, dominating the early game and fighting for first. However...the Rank and File round changed everything. Santa's Elves ended up dropping, and IDFC managed to skyrocket to first place by getting the order correct! Things were tense going into the final round. Not Mackenzie's Team and Santa's Elves missed their Double or Nothing, causing them to fight in a tiebreaker! By the end, the podium was set, and our winners took a victory picture! Unfortunately, Santa's Elves are gonna be putting me on the naughty list...I might have to bribe my way back on the nice list. Wish me luck!

Today was the first snowfall of the Winter season in Whitinsville, so Gray Barn had a visit from our friendly gingerbread man of the North Pole! He was the ultimate facilitator of our 1v1 between the Favorite Customers and Not Mackenzie's Team today. Despite the small crowd...there was still pride to be gained. After having a perfect This or That round, the Favorite Customers managed to cement themselves into the lead! Their final score even managed to surpass my other crowd for Survey Slam, giving them extra bonus points in my book! The gingerbread man even nodded approvingly when no one was looking 😉

Tonight was a pivotal night for me. I ended up breaking from my norm...and trying a chocolate martini! It was an absolutely delicious treat for tonight's game, which was nice and casual for the small crowd. The Favorite Customers made sure to stay ahead, proving their skill even on pen & paper. However...in the final round, out of nowhere, the Superstars skyrocketed from last place! The Favorite Customers needed to get at least 4 questions right to win...and by one point, they managed to stay on top!
