QUIZ RECAP

Full house on Tuesday night, filled with loyal LA Draughtians ready for their King Trivia fix. Nine teams joined us for the fun and three teams received a prize for their next visit.

Low Expectations finished with a strong score of 53 points and were elbow to elbow tying with other teams throughout the game, it was hard to tell who would make it to the top. But Low Expectations stayed focused and won third place and received 10% off their next visit. Beers 1, Trivia 0 started off with force doubling down on Round One, played it safe the rest of the way, then bursted through the finish line in second place! With a great final score of 60 points, they claimed their title and earned a $20 GC. Well played, Beers! Mouse Masters were a tough bunch, by Round Five they were cozy at the top of the scoreboard and they stayed true making it to first place. Their final score was 63 points and a $30 GC was awarded to them for their win. Drunkin Donuts were bestowed with a pitcher of beer for their closest answer on the this week's Drink Round. Bottoms up, Donuts! 

Many happy returns to our beloved Chef Tino! You have a special place in my tummy and in my heart, thank you for being the sweetest and hard working person we get to see every week. Happy Birthday, Chef! Thank you for my Carne Asada Fries!

Full house at LA Draught to start off the month of November! Thank you everyone for joining us, here is your King Trivia weekly recap for Tuesday night.

Hope to Lose My Viginity Soon joined us from outside of LA Draught, I love when he joins us! However due to house rules, they don't qualify for the prizes. Therefore, in third place were The Lumps. It was fascinating to see them live up to their name. They started off as a gentle blemish. Then after a flat tire during Round Four, I went to check on them and made sure they were okay. Well, I must've checked for too long; The Lumps swelled up and bumped the rest out of the way to third place with 45 points. Way to go Lumps, flash those L's!

Zero Days Sober got themselves back up on the leaderboard this week, and earned second place with 51 points. Welcome back, Zero Days Sober! In first place with 62 points, the infamous Lost My Viginity At... took the win. Their triumph was kismet since it was also a "Smell ya later!" celebration for one of their players, and dear friend of the house, Nathan. We're gonna miss you, mate, please come back soon! 

If You're Not First, You're Last won with the closest answer on this week's Drink Round. So, I guess there are some exceptions to your theory, ey team? He,he, cheers! I won a juicy hamburger made by none other than the loving Chef Tino. Thank you, Chef! Thank you LA Draught for having us. Thank you all for playing King Trivia, see you next Tuesday! Meow!! Dang pesky cat stole my microphone! How proper for a spooky Tuesday of King Trivia at LA Draught though, I will say. Thank you for joining us on a little recap of this week's game. It was inspiring to see incomplete teams joining forces to make a complete one, that's the beautiful community you'll find here at LA Draught. New team Mother's Against Road Head deserve a special mention as they really challenged returning teams. They came so close to coming in third, however, a small technicality got the best of them on Round Five. The top three teams came incredibly close towards the end, I warned them they would all come out bruised by the time game would be over. I was right! Monster Mash took third place with 65 points, only one point behind Lost My Virginity At... who got second place with 66 points. Then just two points ahead of them, in first place were C U Next Tuesdays with 68 points, who also snagged the pitcher of beer during the Drink Round, double cheers!
