Truly magnificent and classy evening of trivia at LTD Bar & Grill in Fremont this week! Competition was tight with 12 teams competing for the coveted LTD gift cards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place!

Fierce players (and repeat winners) You Can Call Me Daddy took first place, followed by Glass Shark in second and The Sellouts in third place.

A few teams got ahead in Round 3 "The glory that was Greece and the grandeur that was was Rome" by successfully going double or nothing and nailing all of the answers for a cool and easy 12 points!

Thank you to all of the amazing & hilarious players who came out and played the the classiest game in town at LTD Bar & Grill!

I just can't say enough good stuff about the LTD Happy Hour menu, the outdoor seating and the good vibes for trivia this Thursday!! (And that Seattle weather really outdid itself.)

We had seven stunning rounds of challenging trivia and only one team successfully got a double or nothing in the entire game. No surprise that this same team took first place... Congratulations to Taste the Rainbow! Finishing second was Medium Toast and an excruciating single point behind them was Nanny Cam in third place!

Shout out to this week's Facebook question. As you know, Round 1, Question 6 is always posted on the King Trivia Facebook page on the day of your Kind Trivia show, and this one was by far the greatest ever.

Answer: Waffle House

Hilarious background about the "Waffle House Index" excerpt from Wikipedia: 

The Waffle House Index is an informal metric used by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to determine the effect of a storm and the likely scale of assistance required for disaster recovery. The measure is based on the reputation of the Waffle House restaurant chain for staying open during extreme weather and for reopening quickly, albeit sometimes with a limited menu, after very severe weather events such as tornadoes or hurricanes. The term was coined by FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate in May 2011, following the 2011 Joplin tornado; the two Waffle House restaurants in Joplin remained open after the EF5 multiple-vortex tornado struck the city on May 22. According to Fugate, "If you get there and the Waffle House is closed? That's really bad. That's when you go to work.”
