About Mollusk

Mollusk opened on Halloween 2015. We are South Lake Unions newest and oldest brewpub. We focus on the craft of brewing and cooking, utilizing modern technologies and improvements to the industry while honoring time-tested technique and methods.

Being in the Northwest means we have access to wonderful produce and use local sourced products as much as possible. Our menu changes with the seasons and we serve as much food from scratch as we can, whether it be charcuterie, bread or vinegar.

The bartenders once again were able to fend off an onslaught of thirsty teams vying for a free round of beer, but they were unable to win outright as HBDT was able to beat them in a tie-breaking question.

The snow and cold that shocked Seattle was not enough to ward off a solid group of teams that used King Trivia as an excuse to get out of their winter igloos and brave to cold weather for the chance at trivia glory. Jami had her birthday on this evening and it was her and the rest of her posse that was able to beat the Bartending trivia wizards.

All had a great time forgetting that it was winter for a few minuets, warming up with nice home brewed Mollusk beers and friends abound.

Tune in next week for another great event with Mollusk and King Trivia.

Another great night at the Mollusk bar in South Lake Union Seattle. 7 Seven strong teams duked it out until Judge Jaime and the Thing Juries were able to win the game on the back of a double or nothing that was worth 20 points for them.

The Bartenders maintained the lead for a majority of the game, and as a result were not tasked with dolling out beverages to teams that were able to best them at the end of every other round.

I Thought This Was Speed Dating had a bit of a slow start (after all she did think she was about to meet "the one"), but finished with a few strong rounds to get within shouting distance of the leaders.

In what is quickly becoming a Monday night tradition in SLU, Mollusk is the new hub for great Monday night trivia. Who needs Monday Night Football now?
