QUIZ RECAP

Hello fellow trivia lovers!! Welcome to another game of King Trivia at the fabulous Promenade Pub. This week we had a new challenger step up and try to dethrone the reigning champions The Implication.

"We Are Doing Our Best Okay?" certainly tried their best along with Brandeis Judges West Coast... and after round number 1 both were just mere few points behind from "The Implication"

But in true championship form, "The Implication" were able to Netflix and chill their way through round 2 putting up a sizable lead. They were able to stay on top of the leaderboard when they pulled an eagle in round 4 by correctly guessing Tiger Woods. "The Implication" never lost the lead and were once again champions.

All that "We Are Doing Our Best Okay?" and "Brandeis Judges West Coast" could do was battle it out for second. "We Are Doing Our Best Okay?" was able to eek out second place by one point.

QUIZ RECAP

Hello fellow trivia players!!! We had a spirited game of King Trivia with three teams vying for the ultimate prize.

Everybody came out firing for round number one with all the teams within a single point of each other. Round two was a bit chilly as some teams had difficulty naming the arctic animals. (But all teams agreed of wanting an arctic fox as a pet... IT'S SO FLUFFY!!!)

Round 4 proved to be the deciding round as The Implication was the only team to identify Dave Franco. They were able to take the lead and never look back.

Although it wasn't a beautiful day for this quizmaster because not one team was able to name a U2 album. I know my pride would not recover until New Year's Day. I would be stuck in a moment that I can't get out of and it would be hard to walk on and away from the edge. (If you couldn't tell, I'm a U2 fan).

Hello Trivianos and Triavianas!!!

Welcome to another week of King Trivia...and this night was full of ups and downs

We had five teams competing for the first place prize and early on it was anybody's game. Teams knew their celebs even though they were trying to masquerade as sports athletes.

Scores were really close until Let's Get Quizzical doubled on their love of American Idol (anybody else sad when Dunkleman didn't return) opening up a commanding lead that would eventually lead to their victory.

However, an interesting side bet occurred between the Implication and Chick-Fil-Atio for second place as the loser would have to do something embarrassing at the next trivia. At the end of round 7, it was tied between the two of them but the Implication remembered to turn in their pen pushing them over the top. Remember folks to ALWAYS TURN IN YOUR PEN!!
