Rooftop handcrafts its beers in small batches under the close personal attention of our brewers. Our highest priority is brewing high quality and consistent craft beer, with an eye towards innovative and unique beer recipes.
What a night of trivia! It was a pretty packed evening with 7 teams battling out for prizes!
There were two main battles going on throughout the night. First, there were 3 teams vying for first place with the Quizzly Bears building a lead throughout the night. The Happy Little Accidents and the Chunky Seamen worked hard just to keep up with last week's winners. The second battle was for second to last place as at Rooftop Brewery, even if you're near the bottom, you can still win a $5 prize! Both of the battles came down to the last round.
The Quizzly Bears held on strong throughout the night but started to get a little nervous when in round 6, the Chunky Seamen were able to score on a big double or nothing win. Before the round, the Quizzly Bears had a 15 point lead but after the double or nothing, the Chunky Seamen were within 4 points of the lead.
On the flip side, in the battle for the $5 prize for second to last place, Team Penny was holding onto the position for most of the evening. But the final round changed everything as Another Pint Bites the Dust couldn't score on their double or nothing while trying to guess the top chewing gum brands on Amazon and their zero points for the round actually put them in the winning losing circle.
As for first place, it was a nail biter with the 4 point lead into the last round and the contest got even closer right at the end. The Quizzly Bears ended up having a struggle and only got 3 out of the 10 answers right, opening the door for Chunky Seamen who scored 6 out of ten. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough as the Quizzly Bears were able to hold onto with a 1 point lead! It was a nail-biting evening (a bad habit, sure, but still exciting) and now the Quizzly Bears have a 2 game win streak going!

It was a small and mighty night as the winter weather conditions kept some at bay but a few brave teams came out to get their trivia fix.
The Quizzly Bears came back for the second week in a row, yearning for that top prize that they missed out on last week and were able to claim it! They had a very solid start hitting on their first two double or nothings and never relinquished the lead!
Sir Didymus and Friends of the Ood never gave up however, and played very strong games as well. Come out next week to see how things shake out and if anyone can challenge the Quizzly Bears to win the top prize!

It was a great opening night at Rooftop. It was a close game all night long with Happy Little Accidents holding onto a 4 point lead at the end.
Quizzly Bears had a couple of double or nothing stumbles while Thank God the Cheaters Aren't Here tried to catch up to our leader but couldn't quite make it.
Next week is sure to intensify as the teams who lost come back for revenge!
