About Slater's 50/50 - Rancho Cucamonga

Slater’s 50/50® was founded in 2009 in Anaheim Hills, California by Scott Slater, a San Diego State graduate with a passion for gourmet comfort food and craft beer. Teaming up with Executive Chef Brad Lyons, they created the world’s first 50/50 burger – 50 percent ground bacon and 50 percent ground beef – taking the Southern California restaurant scene by storm. In 2011, the second Slater’s 50/50 opened in Huntington Beach followed quickly by the San Diego location. Since opening, Slater’s 50/50 has won a number of awards and accolades including “Best Burger” by The Orange County Register, OC Weekly and FOX 5 San Diego as well as Best New Restaurant by San Diego Magazine. Slater’s 50/50 has also been featured on national television shows including the Travel Channel’s Bacon Paradise and Discovery Channel’s United States of Bacon.

Tuesday game was a 2nd time for us at Slater's 50/50!! We had five teams competing for the two prizes: Slater's 50/50 gift cards!

After 7 amazing rounds of confuseing expressions, shouts of glee and anger! Our top two teams were Snafu Worldwide taking the 1st place prize and Death by an artichoke, our Pittsburgh tourist taking 2nd place! See you next week!

Hello King Trivians! This Tuesday was the first ever King Trivia night at the amazing Slaters 50/50!! There was laughter, tears, and some delicious food and beverage as 8 teams competed for the top two prizes: A $50 Gift Card for Slater's 50/50 and a $25 Gift Card. Third place got a pat on the back and a nice try from me!

in the end Bridge Beer Drinkers to the 1st place spot followed by the Russell's! It was a great come back story because both teams jumped in on Round 2 and we're able to gain top spot. There story will be told in the upcoming Film: Triva, A Tale of two teams and Six Losers.
