QUIZ RECAP

Beautiful spring weather brought out a nice crowd, some of whom dined, drank and played Pub Trivia on the expansive patio here at Stadium Brewing Company. Quiz in My Pants shook off a recent stretch of sub-par play in a major way to claim tonight's top prize. Newcomers the Weiner Dogs showed up and showed out in their Stadium Trivia debut, keeping pace and applying pressure to Quiz. Grace and Vivi, aided by a precocious grade-schooler rounded out the podium. 

It's always a blast when Taco Tuesday coincides with Trivia Tuesday, which happens on the weekly, so come join the fun next Tuesday at 7:00.

QUIZ RECAP

Word must be getting out.that the best spot for Pub Trivia in South OC is Aliso Viejo's own Stadium Brewing Company as a big field of teams brought big competitive energy on a lovely Tuesday evening. 

There was a tight grouping of teams through the first half of the game, but separation started getting serious with an April Fool's surprise in Round 5 as there was NO connection in the Find the Connection round, much to the chagrin of our players. However, every team received credit for their Connection responses.

The Winos held a respectable lead heading into the final riund, but Booze Clooze pulled off the rare Round 7 double to close out on top of the podium. Can We Change This Later? held off threats from the rest of the field to take home third place.

Competition, camaraderie and most importantly, FUN all go down every Tuesday at 7 pm, so come be part of it.

First things first, big happy birthday wishes go out to Stadium's own Murph, who plays on Quiz in My Pants. 

Unfortunately, Murph showed up late to his own celebration which affected Quiz's juju as they just couldn't get on track in this game. Which Isn't A Lot and Perfect Strangers sparred for podium spots in a see-saw battle, but Perfect Strangers got into a groove and edged their way into the second spot with strong play down the stretch. But nobody was going to catch The Winos this evening. They played aggressively to build a lead, and then conservatively to preserve it and salt away another victory.
