O, Holy Night of the Living Dead

Hello everyone! Avi Forstein, the "Jewish Hame of West Michigan", here. Filled in tonight at Stella's Lounge for King Trivia.

We had 5 teams playing for three awesome prizes tonight. There was a lot of December holiday questions in tonight's quiz.

I learned today that a potato is a tuber. I didn't know that. I didn't know "Tuber" was a noun that isn't involving waterslides or pool inner tubes.

When you're thinking about cities with a large population, a good rule-of-thumb is to think about cities with a NFL team. Doesn't mean you'll get all of the top cities, but you'll have good guesses.

Team Rocket used the Double or Nothing at the right time and that got them 1st Place. The Theater Geeks got 2nd. For 3rd place, we had a tie between The Buzzards and Blue Box Bandits. Long story short, both teams did not remember how much money movies used to make at the domestic box office.

It was a nailbiter of a trivia game here at Stella's Lounge in a chilly Grand Rapids! It all came down to the wire with a tiebreaking round won by Team Rocket - an exciting ending to a very exciting game! Be sure to come out next week at 7PM at Stella's for another incredible game of trivia.

It was a nail biter here at Stella's Lounge in a cold Grand Rapids tonight! Going into the final round we had a 3 way tie for first place with the next closest team being only 3 points behind making for a particularly high-stakes round 7. Ultimately local legends Blue Box Bandits walked away with a slim victory and were the winners of a $30 food voucher.
