Thursday Night at Strange Brew Tavern was never about first place. The Eras Team got out to a convincing lead with an early Double-or-Nothing and never looked back.
It was about the valiant comeback of team "Laughing Stock," a group of 4 on a double date who've never come to a King Trivia night before. From a 10+ point deficit to a tie game headed into the final round, they ultimately took second place in a 3-way battle.
It just goes to show, there can be fun and competitive games in small groups.
