About The Crow's Nest Sports Grille

The Crow’s Nest is a comfortable and casual family-owned restaurant and sports bar located in Tujunga, CA. We have been providing exceptionally delicious, quality food, beer and wine since 2014. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily in a warm and welcoming environment with friendly service. We provide live, local entertainment on Wednesdays and Saturdays, with affordably priced bar beverages from opening to close. Welcome. We know you’ll enjoy your visit.

The Crow’s Nest is owned and operated by Art and Susan Miner, both engineers who spent most of their careers in the Aerospace and Medical devices industry. Art retired to manage The Crow’s Nest full time and Susan remains a full-time engineer in addition to running the business end of The Crow’s Nest.

Art’s passion for culinary delights is reflected in everything we serve. He is constantly collaborating with our chef to create new, innovative dishes. Don’t be surprised if you’re asked to be one of Art’s guinea pigs to sample some new, delicious idea. Art is pleased when he often hears customers say:

Well, a few of our regulars were a little sad as this was the last night for King Trivia at the Crows Nest. But they played hard and had fun nonetheless!

The first round stumped a bit, with low overall point totals. But after 0 points in that round, Boots started catching up, just behind Team 22. Boots really jumped ahead in the Guess Who round being the only team to guess it by the 6 point clue. The other two teams got it at 2 points.

Did a timed word scramble for the drinking round that team boots took.

In the end , after starting with 0 points , Boots pulled ahead to win by 1 point. Great time was had by all and I'm sure gonna miss these folks.

6 teams this week! Team Boots joined us a little late while it's Rooney Time left a little early.

Some struggles in the first round, a lot of scores were on the lower end. By the second and 3rd round, Colt.45s took a strong lead, with Team 22 and La Dee Da not too far behind. Team 22 took a hit with the Guess Who round but it allowed Boots and Rainbow Sprinkles to catch up after getting the 8 point clue.

Drinking round I had them draw the quizmaster with some fun results. Gave it to Team La Dee Da with their fun cartoon-looking drawing.

Colt.45s maintainer their lead the rest of the game, but it went back and forth with the other teams. La Dee Da held at second after the last 2 rounds but having a registered team saved Rainbow Sprinkles and put them one point ahead in 3rd place.

We had 5 teams this week, though not all stayed til the end. First two rounds were kind of stumpers, according to the teams themselves. Colt .45s did well in the first round, while many were stumped by the picture round. Team 22 used their double or nothing on round 4 but sadly got the nothing end. We also had two more double or nothings to no avail which hurt Team 22 and aka Dee Dah's scores a bit.

Colt.45s played it careful and did not use any double or nothing's but stayed in the consistent lead for pretty much the whole game. The other teams had a close race and in the end were separated by just a few points.

We played "Create your own Oscar winning movie " for the drinking round which was won by team 22. We had some pretty creative answers for that one.
