The Eclectic’s long-standing 18 years is also largely due to embracing and promoting the local arts community. Brian along with 2 other local businessmen came up with the “NoHo Arts District” idea and its Annual Arts Festival to help create a cultural destination.

lucky 'CU Next Tuesday' brought her 'old man' cos second place was there's. I also learned from the old man that when a boy was in high school and he would come back from holidays and say he had bagged himself a Canadian girlfriend was always a lie boys told to seem like they got lucky because there was to find out...Canada was just too far away. And that was the saddest thing I have heard in a while. But I learned something. I also imparted wisdom by explaining that not only do we call an eraser a rubber we also call a condom a rubber (rubber Johnny to be exact). So basically we were all laughing and learning!
