QUIZ RECAP

We had a jolly good time at The Farm Bar and Grill in Essex last night! 

everyone was in the holiday spirit, whether they were dressed for the occasion or partaking in the free khalua shots. Personally, I celebrated with The Farm's BOMB chocolate lava cake while donning elf apparel. 

we had lots of fun going through holiday themed trivia together and the leaderboard goes to show you just how close the game was!

So exciting to meet everyone and can't wait to do it again next (and every) Wednesday at 8pm.

So good to be back at The Farm Bar & Grill in beautiful Essex! 

Highlights of the night included both adorable and hilarious holiday apparel worn by staff as well as players, the delicious scent of sizzling fajitas, and bartender Alyssa's pop rock rimmed holiday cocktails. 

The vibe of the night was festive and collaborative with a sprinkling of competitive $h!t talking. So much fun.

Give it up to our winners/regulars, Trebek's Rejects, who beat Staff Infection by 1 POINT in the final round! And our 2nd place trivia noobs, A$$, for always having an answer to every question...even when they were so, so wrong.

Tonight put the "FUN" in 'FUNDRAISER."

Outside we had our first dusting of snow and inside the crowd warmed our hearts as teams came out to support raising funds to help a local family facing the challenge of Cancer.

The great news is that their new baby girl was born just two days ago - Dad and son stopped by to thank everyone who contributed.

There were 8 teams tonight - who were festive and competitive.

As a result - the farm provided extra prizes for Round Winners and with so many in the game - few took advantage of "Double or Nothing" strategies to secure their scores. Determination and focus made tonight a nail-bitter.

In fact, Staff Infection... the bar team was too busy keeping the glasses full and the food delivered - they couldn't do their usual "winning hands-down," cause their hands were full.

Next, week will leave us one week before Christmas... so come join the fun.
