Tonight's King Trivia game was an intimate reunion of teams, with familiar faces smiling and cheering, bringing more warmth to Trademark Brewing on this already hot summer night. The Small Dog Enjoyers and Kid Free were locked in a tie for several rounds until the last, when the former narrowly secured victory by two points thanks to a little extra MLB knowledge. Other placements shifted throughout the game, with Frolic and Whimsy - the team formerly known as Robotnik - threatening midway through to break through the tie. Soap and the Bubbles nearly challeneged the power dyanmic as well had it not been for a failed attempt to go double or nothing in the 6th round. WhoDunnit showed their prowess early on but couldn't quite handle the heat as the night continied, climbing down the chart - but never losing their spirit. Unlike tonight's winners, Frolic and Whimsy were in fact accompanied by their small furry friend. A cute mascot, or a secret mastermind?

The IV League returned to King Trivia at Trademark Brewing in full force! Their diversification of knowledge sets and a string of successful double-or-nothings led them to a landslide victory against veteran team the Dim Bulbs. The Bulbs were skilled as ever and often scored as well as the League, especially when it came to their geographic knowledge, but their gambles just didn't pay off in the way the League's did. At the end of the day, all of our teams put in a valiant effort and sent out good vibrations to their fellow teams!
