QUIZ RECAP

It was all about the Biology! Three teams scored 8 or more on the biology matching round, including On Your Left, who scored a perfect 20! That score enabled them to jump ahead of The Goof Troop with only one round to go, and successfully headed off the final challengers. The Goof Troop grabbed 2nd place for the second week in a row, and the 3rd prize went to HLP.

Pyramid Brewing was our sponsor tonight and brought some goodies for everyone and also provided a pitcher of beer for the best score for Round 3.  The Knuckleballers were our winners for the 2nd week in a row, with The Goof Troop settling into second place. There was a very close race for the final gift certificate, with White Prince overtaking HLP at the last moment to grab the third spot. Thank you to Pyramid Brewing for the beer, ballcaps, shirts, and all the other giveaways!

Busiest night yet! 8 full teams and a very close match until the Knuckleballers doubled down on Round 7 and scored a big 20 points! That gave them 53 points and a 15 point win! Second and third places won gift certificates with scores of 38 and 31.

The night was a good mix of established teams and newcomers. Next week, we are looking forward to a visit from Pyramid Brewery!
