We started with 11 teams and had a 12th join part-way through, for a grand total of 63 enthusiastic players! We had quite a few teams returning from last week. The scoreboard had a number of shake-ups, especially in Round 6 where *every* team that submitted used Double-or-Nothing... and for half of them, it worked out well. In the end, our top three teams were: in 3rd place, Whale Riders; in 2nd place, Fully Torqued; and in 1st place, a true come-from-behind story, was Breakfast at Timpani's, who had started out the night in last place! Our winner for Best Team Name was A Trivial Existence. Looking forward to next week!

QUIZ RECAP
What an awesome crowd! Our first King Trivia night at Woodstocks Santa Cruz did not disappoint. We had 17 teams register (16 that submitted answers) with an astounding 89 players! The scores were a roller coaster ride, and several teams shot up or plummeted down the leaderboard after using a Double or Nothing. Everyone was in great spirits, cheering at answers they'd gotten correct, clapping for teams that were in the lead, and a roaring applause for Shawn's to go order! There was a score change after the final round and prizes, so the original top 3 teams were: 1st: Teenage Mutant Ninja Myrtles, 2nd: Rock Slugs! 3rd: Trivia is Back! But after a score correction, teams that had used Double-or-Nothing snagged the top spots, with our final winners as: 1st: Trivia is Back!, 2nd: Smarty Pints, & 3rd: Fully Torqued. SUCH a fun crowd, and I can't wait to see you all next week!
