QUIZ RECAP

Welcome back, world!  It was a great first time out at Barney's Beanery in lovely Burbank CA for our new Quizmaster, Cody! The post quarantine vibes were in full effect as our teams competed for their spot at the top of the King Trivia foodchain. Early arrivals McFatterson looked like they had it in the bag with some great teamwork that carried them on through the evening's mental gauntlet.

...and they would've gotten away with it it if it weren't for those darn meddling kids! The kids in question were Barneys new arrivals Bounty Law and their table-neighbors Steve Sleeve, who dominated rounds two and three respectively, taking full advantage of that Double or Nothing bonus and continued to crush it all the way to the final round! Battling ther way through to the very end with Bounty Law dealing out real Frontier Justice and clinching it by a too-close-for-comfort two point advantage and taking home those free drinks. No better return to the land of the living than an honest to goodness barn-burner on your first night out!

Honorable mention to our airplane engineers for bringing their best designs to the table and showing off their flight skills in our drinking round, as well as some of the other two-player teams who put in their best efforts. Trivia is a team sport, and the best way to give your team that competitive edge is to bring a bunch of friends to Barney's Beanery Burbank EVERY WEDNESDAY NIGHT and put those heads together!  If you want to get back in on the action, come play with us next week and see who will be crowned our King Trivia Champs!
