QUIZ RECAP

Another brilliant showing at Hyperion Public on Monday evening, as scores of people emerged from the poppy fields to bust out their trivia knowledge. It was neck and neck between the two chicken teams all night, but in the end, it was Chicken Fried Winners who took the gold. Ooo...chicken nuggets were so close behind they could taste the win, but unfortunately had it snapped out of their jaws in the last moments of the game. For the drinking round, I asked players to get up on the mic and share wedding horror stories with the crowd, and whoever had the best (or worst) wedding story would win the drinks. Robin from PhDeez Nuts got up and shared the tale of their teammate whose fiance had dumped her just days prior. Of course that elicited the most sympathy from the room, and they handily took the drinks and needingly gulped them down. Much deserved, everyone agreed!
