QUIZ RECAP
Happy trivia day, O'Donovan's! We had a pretty strong round one tonight. Ship of Fools hit us all with a successful Double or Nothing and reminded us they ain't here to make friends. Unfortunately for them, There's No Crying In Trivia came right back with a left hook and snatched the lead after also banking a successful Double or Nothing in round two. Is it weird that I was hoping for a food fight?
But you guys weren't done with your pissing contest yet. We had THREE teams get successful Double or Nothings in round three. that was exciting...but you guys finally lost some steam in round four when no one went for the 10 point clue and Let's Get Quizzical ended up with a negative point. What happened?!
My beer round stumped you too this week. You had to guess the song title, artist, and the theme. Three teams got most of the songs and artists but no one got the theme - songs with clapping in them. Hey, at least the songs were clapping for you.
This week seemed to be top heavy with a strong first few rounds and a pretty sad second half. I don't blame you though. Your Presidents' Day this week was probably a rager.
