Good day, True Believers! It's Chris, your friendly, neighborhood quiz-master, here to recap last night's epic King Trivia throw-down from the always awesome, Oil Horse Brewing Company, in lovely downtown Longview, Texas!

Well, it finally happened! Our buddies from Everything Is Ossamus FINALLY were able to break through into the Top 3! After weeks of just missing out, the crew was able to climb back into one of those coveted prize winning spots. They finished 2nd with a strong 70 points. The only team to top them was Beep Beep Richie, who used some savvy strategy to pass EIO during the final two round. They finished with an impressive 80 points. In third place was Bangarang! (Rufio, Rufio, Ru-fi-OOOOOOOO!) with 66 points, also surging over the final two rounds.

Besides Bangarang!, last night featured numerous great teams such as Periodic Table Dancers, A proper copper coffee pot, Let's Get Quizzical, Hold Me Closer Tiny Answer (I love puns!), U up-question mark? and my personal favorite of the night, Attractive Nuisance. We were also left wondering if the Drunk Trash Pandas had fully upgraded to Classy, Cool or Neato. Does anyone know? Come out next Thursday to Oil Horse at 6pm to find out!
