This Wednesday night had a great showing at Stay Gold. While we're starting to see some regulars returning like Toasted Buns and My Other Car Is A Trivia Team, we had a bunch of newcomers decide to give things a try, and things turned out pretty well for them: Bobby Bologna's Disciples and AK-47 came in 1st and 3rd, respectively. Hopefully we'll see everyone back again, to really keep the level of competition up!

For the drinking round, as we had so many teams we had a good old-fashioned thumb war! Each team put forth a competitor, and they flexed their digits mightily. The round ran a little long, but everyone was laughing and cheering so I don't think anyone minded. But as in Highlander, "There can only be one," and it was Los Osos Locos that won a round for their table.
