Stay Gold Deli is an Italian-American Deli counter, Central Texas BBQ spot, grocer, restaurant, coffee shop, market, arcade, and beer garden. We offer a variety of specialty items, ranging from smoked meats to house-made pickles to vegan items. There is a fully functional smoker grandfathered into the property, rumored to have been built by the same folks who built Everett & Jones’ smokers back in the day! It was another smaller night at Stay Gold, with semi-regulars Toasted Buns and My Other Car Is A Trivia Team being joined by newcomers Fuzzie and the Psychedelic Beets. The night started off pretty close and remained that way through most of the game, even having all three teams whiff on the tricky "Guess Who" question. But it was Toasted Buns' going for it with a double or nothing in Round 6 that brought them another first place finish.

Even though it wasn't a huge crowd, inspiration was striking thanks to the Avengers: Endgame question so we had a drinking round. And thus was born "I Bought A Hulk," where everyone had to substitute "Hulk" for one word in a movie title, with the funniest winning the round. In no particular order, here are the entries:

Overall, a fun night...and our teams were happy there weren't too many sports questions!
