When Ramenaneus, God Of Packaged Noodles, flung his last delivery into the wheeled cart atop Mount Pasta, he thought he was done for the day. All he had to do next was push that cart down the steep embankment and into town for the hundreds of tiny Jackondas gathered for their annual pasta feast.  When the people saw their pasta was gnocchi instead of rigatoni, there was an uproar. “Uproar!” they said at the same time. “Oh, that’s right,” he yelled to them, “I forgot you liked the rigs!” At that moment, Riganeus, God Of Rigatoni, swept down from the clouds and hand delivered, one tube at a time, rigatoni to the yelling people of the land! Because he was doing it one tube at a time though, it was starting to take hundreds of years, so Ram (to his friends) killed time by writing a cookbook titled “Next Time, Rigatoni…And In Bulk!” Here’s the point: Ask what the people want first, and give it to them one piece at a time. Let’s talk:

The Drinking Round was a Dog-Off: Of the three dogs in the bar for trivia—Ramen, Caz and Q-Bert, who could do the best impression of one of them? The winner? Not Not Horny for capturing the manner of a dog drinking at a bar.

In third place tonight was Darling Nikki’s at 45 points. In second was Brothers Of Destruction at 51. And taking the night soundly was Post-Pink with 54 points. Come back next week to the Glendale Tap for more trivia fun!
