QUIZ RECAP

We had 24 teams and at least 95 people join us for another great Thursday night! After 1 round, Fully Torqued took the lead, with Tiny Dancers in 2nd and a tie for 3rd between Warriors Fans, Pecan Sandies, Crackers and Bean Spread, and Banana Sluts. In Round 2, we identified some favorite book characters... and Frances. Warriors Fans and Banana Sluts tied for 1st, with Snidely Whiplash in 3rd. For Round 3, can a round about dinosaurs be an awesome round? You bet Jurassic can. 😉🦖 Warriors Fans claimed 1st, Snidely Whiplash took 2nd, and Banana Sluts moved to 3rd. In Round 4, *13* teams got the correct name at the 10 point level! Absolutely Marvel-ous! Too many teams to name, but you know who you are. All three teams on the podium got it at 10, so the leaderboard stayed the same. In Round 5, five teams found the connection, so shout out to: Veer for Beer, Snidely Whiplash, Fully Torqued, Fuck if I Know, and Musty Cunts - the last two of which I was able to read uncensored for the first time (to great applause), after the last of the kiddos headed home for the night. The teams that missed the connection were feeling a bit... blue... That is, until they realized that Blue Balls was among the connection phrases, and much cheering was to be had. There was also a major upset in the scoreboard, as Snidely Whiplash, Veer For Beer, and Warriors Fans tied for 3rd, Musty Cunts took 2nd, and Fully Torqued reclaimed 1st. In Round 6, we pictures former presidents with jazz hands. 👐 1st and 2nd place stayed the same, and Veer For Beer and Snidely Whiplash shared 3rd. And then it all came down to... Education. In the end, Snidely Whiplash held onto 3rd, Musty Cunts kept 2nd, and Fully Torqued stayed on top to claim the 1st place prize. Best Team Name prizes went to Veer For Beer and Dick-Tater Tots. There was an additional Best Team Name prize ready for Pimpin' Ain't Easy But This Patio Sure Is, but sadly they left after Round 6.
