Fashion is a hot topic at the Oscars, and for that reason COSTUMES ARE GREATLY ENCOURAGED. Don your best ballgown or tux, and don’t forget to spray tan yourself into oblivion. The closer you are to the color of the Oscar statuette, the more likely you are to win!
