QUIZ RECAP

So, there was a team tonight who thought it'd be funny if their team name was "Spelling Does Cunt."  Without even knowing it, the first time that I said their team name my mind censored it automatically and said, "Spelling Does Count."  I didn't see the obvious joke staring me in the face.  I kept calling them,"Spelling Does Count," every round.  It wasn't until the 5th round that the team gave up on hoping I'd catch on and made a point to walk up and tell me I was ruining their joke.  Naturally, I compensated for my lack of reading skills and announced the error to the entire bar.  Maybe I killed the joke but I made sure everyone heard the vulgar team name.  But don't blame the messenger, the team responsible for the name is pictured above.  Cheers!

Football and trivia?!  Ummm... yes please!  I am so excited that football season is back and even more excited that King Trivia lets me enjoy it along with ya'll at BarFood!  I mean, tonight's football teams weren't my favorite (looking at you Cheese heads) but football is football!

Tonight's game wasn't that high scoring but it kept me in suspense!  No one had a successful double down until Eat Me, I'm a Danish (pictured first) nailed round number five.  The following round, What Can Brown Do For You (pictured third) and Shave My Back (pictured second) rebutted with a successful double down of their own!  In the final round, Shave My Back knew more of the first inductees into the Rock and Roll hall of fame than What Can Brown Do For You and clinched the second place spot.  What Can Brown Do For You finished in third with Eat Me, I'm a Danish in first once again.  Thank you for a fun night everyone!
