QUIZ RECAP
Tonight's quiz was hard!!! But you bunch of rapscallions didn't do too bad! You made it out alive and with points none the less.
Out of the gate, Irish Wrist Watch threw down, trying to get me to slur and taking a dominating lead! They remained untouchable, though many tried and won the game.
No one knew who would end up 2nd and 3rd as teams bounced in and out. It was in round 5 with an impressive double or nothing gamble that Check It Out came up from behind and settled into 2nd with a sigh.
Third place was a fight between Brewbeardz, Oscar-Baiting and Kamakazee Kangaroos. Oscar-Baiting took the win, Brewbeardz risked it and didn't get their double or nothing, and Kamakazee Kangaroos, I just want to give you a hug. My teaching team looked so sad. It's okay guys you'll probably win next week.
And for my Last Place Team, just want to say, you crazy group of melon loving beer drinkers! Hi Mary! Watermelon Hefeweizen no one loses like you, we appreciate you!

Valentine's Day. Love is in the air. So much love, in fact, that it made Brooke sick. Get well soon Brooke!
In the meanwhile, I dropped by to host some sweet lover's day trivia. Much ado was made about nothing as the chants of "We Want Brooke" and "Brooke would have said that" and "She's better looking" periodically broke out during the game. As you can tell, they have a favorite quizmaster, and it wasn't this guy.
But somehow, someway, we made it through a great round of trivia. There could be no better fitting end to a trivia night on Valentine's Day than a single guy by himself winning trivia. Congrats to Fuck the NRA on the big win. He also mentioned that he'd love to have discussions on gun control with anyone who wanted to drop by.
Our second place finisher, Bucket o Fry's did great work the entire evening, but should have had a Bucket o Chicken to put them over the top. Finally, Thrillhouse wrapped up the awards stand. Bronze is a medal too. Don't let that stop you.
