Like a Brooklyn Bros. Pizza, the finest pizzas are baked in a stone oven at 550° or higher. At these temperatures the dough is shocked and springs into a light, airy crust while taking on a lightly charred appearance.  The Oven Manager must manage the oven at all times. A perfectly cooked crust will have a smokey, crisp flavor.

 

The ingredients we use are of the highest quality. We use fresh whole milk mozzarella cheese, San Marzano tomatoes imported from Italy, handmade sausage and fresh vegetables. Our toppings have intense flavor, so we recommend that you select only a few for your pizza so as to taste them each individually.

 

We keep our pies simple so your palate can enjoy the perfect marriage of ingredients and craft that is a Brooklyn Bros. Pizza. Mangia!

It was a little chilly out there tonight, but through rain or snow, we've got some delicious pizza, some great beers. and some King Trivia to keep you warm!

This week on the leaderboard:

BBP had a good night hitting an early double or nothing that carried them to the top!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Triva was enjoying that pizza and putting those moves to good use, getting into second!

Silver Lake Nerds took third through sheer willpower alone, no double or nothing gambles just good, old-fashioned recall!

It's cold out, but we've got some heated competition tonight at King Trivia! It was a fun night while we werr being sheltered by the snow and one team came out as king of that winter wonderland!

In first was Just Us and even with just them, they were a force tk be reckoned with!

Next was Raven Crow who flew into second

Finally, Brooklyn Bros +1 ended the night square in third on the leaderboard!

Another fine round of trivia fun here at Brooklyn Bros Pizzeria! We had a great turnout tonight and trivia is only getting bigger and better here! Tonight's game was super fun and these leaderboards will prove it so!

Canolipolioli with a STRONG game throughout, absolutely dominating their rounds. I gotta get harder questions for them!

Bomboloni had solid rounds and persistent high scores that guaranteed them second place!
