About Burke-Gilman Brewing Company

We are located right on the Burke-Gilman trail, have off-street parking, and ample bike parking. Our taproom has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We don't have a kitchen, but you're welcome to bring in food from one of our great neighboring restaurants or even your own picnic basket.

El Camion's food truck is just down the sidewalk, Great State Burgers is right next door.

Kid-friendly, dog-friendly, also we are quite friendly.

The wetness and cold don't bother us. Rain or shine, teams are here to play trivia on Tuesday nights. It was definitely super loud in here and I had to even turn up my speakers!

Always a good time here and it's been awesome catching up with regulars and meeting new people. Trivia night is more than just a game - it is a place and a space to feel welcomed and free to enjoy a good time with others. And I'm happy to help provide that for my guests.

We had a tie for 3rd place between Tangle of Kraken and Dewey Ever! They went head-to-head with the tie-breaker round and Dewey Ever won 3rd place! 2nd place went to Skimbleshanks and the Trivia Cats. And in 1st place, for the first time... was Montlake bridge for mayor!

Great to see everyone and we'll see you again next week! This is your Quizmaster TC and until then, have a wonderful first week of November! Set your clocks back on Saturday night and enjoy that extra hour!

It's Halloween week and guests were welcomed to come dressed in their costumes and earn a couple extra bonus points for their team! Several teams took part and it's always fun seeing the different costumes. One notable team Cats & Hogs (& Keggy) Are Wild came, even with their dog, as the crime-solving Scooby-Doo gang - Mystery Incorporated. Another, Put my dog on the photo wall had their adorable dog in a bright orange pumpkin jack-o-lantern costume. Yes, put that dog on the photo wall! Other teams had some simple costume ears, wigs, hats, onsies. Good enough! And as you can see, your Quizmaster was your Cobra Kai Sensei for the evening. Welcome to his dojo. Strike First, Strike Hard, No Mercy! And with him was his amazing assistant Rosie the Riveter.

Winston's Boat placed 3rd, with Tangle of Kraken (formerly Yum Yum Dim Sum) in 2nd, and Interrobang?! in 1st! This was their first time placing! Maybe it had something to do with the homemade chocolate chip muffin they gave me. Or maybe this was their night for trivia.

It's Tuesday...your favorite night of the week here at Burke-Gilman Brewing Company. Because it's...Trivia Night!

It was great having my friends John and Johan help and hang out with me while I, your Quizmaster TC, hosted and took care of my wonderful guests. 20 teams were ready to play. About half were returning teams and half were new or hadn't played in a while. Whatever the case, we welcome you.

The top 3 teams were all returners who have won in the recent past...with Skimbleshanks the Trivia Cats in 3rd, Yum Yum Dim Sum in 2nd, and Dewey Ever! in 1st! Congrats teams! This goes to show that the more you come back and play, the better you'll get! That and/or assemble a stellar team.
