QUIZ RECAP

It was a wild and crazy night at Charlie's and some serious trivia competitors showed up to play. Lovey took last but was ever the example of a winning personality. Although we are used to seeing Not Papusa Tuesday/King Penguin place they gave a solid effort but this game's winners had to have dirty & creepy in their name to place. A 3 way tie was how we ended it, between Nobody Will Know, Something about Vaginas, And Who Wants to Touch Mike Hawk. All 3 teams came out and showed and gave everyone the heeby jeebys & with the knowledge that the white house had close  to 30 bathrooms nobody will know took the win. See you next week, I need to shower now!

QUIZ RECAP

What's that I hear, in the distance? Is the footfall of a T-Rex or is it a Rumble in the Jungle! Charlie's Stars and Stripes is so much like a jungle too it really takes me back to my time in "Nam" (I'm 35 by the way... and girly-ish, totally not possible, you see the humor now don't you.) It was an all out assault between Rumble in the Jungle and Little Orphan Ranchies, biting, scratching and eye-gouging for the first place position. But in the end it was Rumble in the Jungle that secured the win with a rear naked choke, double or nothing move, in the final round, leaving Little Orphan Ranchies to lick their wounds!

Shout out to all my new players! You guys were kick ass! Team Name, Teacher's Pet, love your creative thinking and refusal to come in last! Finally Woodpeckers here is a nod, you gave it the old college try despite missing half your  team!

QUIZ RECAP

It was June 13th 2017 when 4 teams met to compete head to head in epic battle, matching wits and knowledge and only 1 would rise a champion. It was set at Charlie's Stars and Stripes and it is a night that no one will forget...  Now the  question is do I keep talking out loud as I type in the movie trailer guy's voice, or  should I stop because others may be able to hear me?

Now back to the game... Suck it Trebec made sure that last place was covered for the duration of the game, but with a name like that who needs correct answers. Shake and Bake put in a solid effort but it was Who Wants to Touch Mike Hawk and Three's Company that went head to head... Tied for most of the game, always going for and scoring double or nothing at the same time the two teams were relentless. In the end, with a round house kick to the face and a helicopter explosion, it was Mike Hawk who won the game by 1 point and left Three's Company back in second feeling the burn...

Don't look back at that helicopter engulfed in flames Mike, don't you dare, your too badass to watch explosions!...

We almost had a tie breaking sequel folks, soooo close.
