Wednesday's at Coles are a great place for Trivia night with King Trivia! Tonight we had 6 teams battling it out for trivia supremacy. The teams were Covefefe, Trauma Baez, BBLU, We're Probably Not Winning, Shliv and Shlack, and Wagnerds. Our players started out with the General knowledge round, scoring very well across the category while enjoying the great food and drink available at Coles. Round 2 was our picture round, the Zounds of Music. The teams enjoyed matching the pictures provided to the "Z" artists or bands depicted. Things got really interesting as scores shuffled and placements changed after this round! Round 3, our Theme round, Fiddler on the Spoof, came next. Questions ranged from instruments to the artists who played them. Again the team placements switched and we moved to round 4, Guess Who. Teams cheered when they realized they had the correct answer and would move up in the standings. Round 5, Find the Connection, had our players answering questions and then answering what all the questions in the round had in common. This round caused a bunch of whispering as teams tried to make the connections. By this time we thought we knew who would win but the next category shuffled things up yet again! Round 6, Tokyo Drift had us matching movies names to their franchises. In our final round, Members Only all of our teams did well but we had 3 standouts thrusting them into the the top three spots. Our final top 3 were, We're Not Winning in 3rd place 🥉, Shliv and Shlack in 2nd place 🥈, and Wagnerds in 1st place 🥇.

QUIZ RECAP
We had a great first night of trivia with King Trivia at Coles in Buffalo New York! Two teams participated, Team number, 34163, SP and Team number 31465, Smarty Pints, and a lot of fun was had by all. Round one started off with "General Knowledge" and both teams came out strong with Smarty Pints edging out SP in the scoring. The picture round, "You Louvre to See It" was next with the teams identifying famous paintings. Smarty Pints moved ahead after this round as well but SP was close behind on their tail. Next came round three, our Theme round. Tonight's theme was "White After Labor Day?, Ugh". Both teams impressed with their knowledge of the fashion industry! Round four was our Guess Who? round. SP was able to edge closer to Smarty Pints after correctly answering sooner than Smarty Pints. Moving onto, Round Five, "Find the Connection", both teams were going strong! Smarty Pints bravely went double or nothing in this round and had all the correct answers, including the connection for a huge scoring round, soaring ahead by a larger margin. With both teams still in the game with a possibility of winning, we entered round six, our second handout round, "The Usual Suspects". In this round each team had to match the Villain to the movie they starred in. We evidently had a bunch of movie goers playing this week because both teams scored well this round! Round Seven, our final round, was "America del Sur". Each team had 10 minutes to submit their answers about South America, with both teams showing impressive geography skills! In the end, team 34165, Smarty Pints, held on to their lead winning 1st Prize! Team 34163, SP, came in second, winning 2nd Prize! Overall, a great night of food, drinks, and Trivia was had by all and we can't wait until next week when King Trivia will be back to host another exciting game! Join us next week on Wednesday at 7:00pm at Coles on Elmwood in Buffalo, to get in on the fun and prizes!
