QUIZ RECAP

Sometimes pub trivia is a battle of wits and other times, it's a war of attrition.

Our two teams that were able to go the distance scrapped down to the wire.  DGDP took multiple big Double or Nothing swings and finally connected, appropriately in the Find the Connection round. Perhaps even more apropos was that it was a themed round about cocktail and drink orders. Team ALL kept it close and kept themselves in the running, but DGDP was able to maintain their slim margin all the way across the finish line. 

Another fun Delahunt Trivia Night is in the books. Join us next Wednesday at 7:00 to take your shot. And did you know that Delahunt sells beer to go? Oh yes...

QUIZ RECAP

Sun was still up at game's start, it hadn't rained in a week, and it was warm enough to keep the roll-up windows open to let those ocean breezes flow through. It felt like a trivia contest while on a tropical vacation.

10 teams slugged it out for Delahunt gift cards. Delahunt regulars Prestige Worldwide and DGDP claimed podium spots while newcomers Utica Club Express swiped the title and top honors.

Safe from the seemingly non-stop SoCal rain, yet free from the couch, seven teams slugged it out in a battle of wits and a simultaneous war of attrition.

The Dogged Determination Award goes out to the Squid Squad who continued to play despite having to leave the venue early. Alas, the fine print says winners must be eligible to claim prizes, so please come back again soon, Squid Squad!

DGDP performed strongly down the stretch and held off JBae for tonight's top spot. Currently In First Place couldn't manifest a win, but did walk away with a Delahunt gift card for their efforts, edging out JoMamma for the last podium spot.
