About Eighth & Rail

Eighth & Rail's liquor license was the first recorded as Derrick's Saloon back in 1878, making the bar 138 years old! A historical site located across from the Metrolink station where back in the day miners traveling north would stop for some tasty libations. Today we offer something for everyone. Come and enjoy a beer from our 14 draft selection, full bar featuring over 25 different bourbons, 20 tequilas and a craft cocktail menu. We have a small but mighty food menu that has some of the best panni’s you’ll ever taste!

Do you like to play games?? We have darts, a pooltable, shuffleboard and even a giant Jenga set to keep you entertained and on Saturday evenings we feature either a DJ playing all your favorite songs or one of our favorite live bands that will have you dancing the night away!! And NOW…. King Trivia is here every Monday at 8pm so come on by and check us out!!

Round 1 started us off with 2 successful doubles and another perfect score that should've doubled.... that set the tone... Round 2 had another 2 successful doubles, but it was only Nintendo 69 that did it both rounds. No one could quite catch up to them the rest of the game. It was so great to have 2 of our Tournament of Champions teams playing against each other again tonight!!

Nintendo 69 also won the drinking round! Skoal!!

Standing room only at Eighth & Rail for our Monday night Trivia game! 2 successful doubles in Round 1 led the way for an all night battle between Nintendo 69 and Angry Cockatoos! 69 doubled again in R3 while the Cockatoos tried but failed, giving 69 a huge lead.
