QUIZ RECAP

Last night's trivia event at Fat Bottom Brewery was an exciting close game! Silo Bitches and Smarty Pints were tied at the beginning. Silo Bitches took the lead for part of the game, but Smarty Pints came out ahead in the end. Both teams are very knowledgeable in many subjects! Both teams also received gift cards to Fat Bottom as prizes. 

Silo Bitches are regulars at Fat Bottom and come every week. They also won the prize pack round last night, in addition to their 2nd placement in the main trivia event. The prize pack round this week was a round of rock, paper, scissors. (Last week we did a paper airplane distance competition.) They won best 2 out of 3. The prize pack consisted of a tee shirt, coozie, and hat. 

You may recognize Silo Bitches photo, as this is their 2nd week in a row of coming in 2nd place!

Smarty Pints started out as a team of 2, but were quickly joined by their 3rd teammate. They were first-time trivia players at Fat Bottom and came in 1st place! (First timers in first place -- not bad at all!)

Both teams played well and were great sports about the bad weather outside. We are looking forward to seeing you all again next week! 

QUIZ RECAP

The night began with Crystal Methodist taking a lead, but Harry's Hooligans, Repeat the Question, and Team Jameson Shots were all close behind. Several questions were answered correctly by all teams.

Further into the game, Harry's Hooligans and Repeat the Question both developed leads and there was a tie at one point. 

Pictured above is the impressive one-man-show Repeat the Question, along with both members of Harry's Hooligans. Also pictured is the winning team, Crystal Methodist with quite possibly the youngest and most adorable trivia participant ever! (Team Jameson Shots left the game early, so I was unable to get a photo, but they did very well and will be back in the future!)

The paper airplane toss was a hit among all the teams! Crystal Methodist took the lead in that as well, but all teams had quite the engineers!

At the end of the night, all the remaining teams took home a gift card (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place) and Crystal Methodist had some swag from Picker's Vodka to take home as well. It was a fun and educational evening. I enjoy trivia and learned quite a bit myself!
