QUIZ RECAP

What a GREAT night of trivia fun this week at Jalapeño Pete's in Studio City this week! Eight teams of enthusiastic quizinators turned out to engage in a cerebral battle on a beautiful spring evening so sweet that they left the double-door walls open all night, turning the dining area into a springtime open-air gallery.

Sweet, too was a competitive spirit that resulted in a scorecard that featured a different team in the lead after every round, and five teams finishing the night within nine points of the winner's circle!

But it was the stalwart fellows of Outvoted On Question #3 that proved their mettle and rose to the challenge, finishing in first place with a solid score of 48!

Matching them question-for-question and answer-for-answer right to the end was The Squad, who wound up in second place, just one point back! Numero Uno rounded out our top three, by finishing numero tres! Que pasa!?

Things are really heating up at Pete's. Come see for yourself, next Wednesday at 7pm!

What a beautiful evening as springtime arrived at Jalapeño Pete's in Studio City this week. If you haven't checked out Pete's yet, now's the time to do it! Not only do they offer the best tacos and town - PLUS the best trivia game in town - now they can open up the big patio doors and let the balmy evening breezes waft through the premises.

It's a breathtakingly beautiful place to spend an evening chomping down tacos and your favorite adult beverages, which is exactly what four teams did this week!

Ciudad de Paradiso took first place,  but it wasn't a runaway win by any stretch. The El Picanté Jenga Fuzzies were tight behind 'em with 25.

Nick Sucks definitely didn't, and took first place with a robust 85 points. But it wasn't a runaway win by any stretch. Mintberry Crunch nearly crunched down on Nick's win, and would have if they hadn't gotten stung on an incorrect Round Four "secret person" guess.

Despite that disappointment, the Crunchers finished a very close second - just four points back! What a finish! You could join them in the winner circle next week, when we do it all again at 7pm at Jalapeño Pete's. Come Join Us!!
