QUIZ RECAP

The biggest turnout I have ever seen for Sunday night trivia at Lvl Up Campbell! Despite how many teams played, we did not have any clear runaway leader the entire game. A very strong push and pull between; Max Crank, Team powerhouse, New kids, and Quizzie Mcguire made for a close call. However, a crucial double in round 5 secured an additional 20 points for team powerhouse giving them a 5 point lead going into the final round. Not able to close the gap, New kids on the block came in second place to powerhouse with 53 points. Max crank came in third, however, because of steroid allegations they were not allowed to receive any prize money, so the podium spot went to Quizzie McGuire. $30 gift card to pruneyard cinemas for Powerhouse, $15 LVLup card for New kid, and $5 for Quizzie. An amazing night of trivia in Downtown Campbell at Lvl Up. We had, in my trivia experience, the closest match ever. So close, that it came down to a tie breaker for the win. Fat Kyle & The Boys against Prom babies, neck and neck during the entire game. FK took the early lead but a successful double in round 3 gave the prom babies a nice buffer, for a little while. Round 6 closed the gap down to one point and in the final round FK inched out Prom babies by 1 question, to even the score. However, prom babies took the gold when they were successful in answering the tie breaking question. Quizzie Mcguire played a strong game as well, coming in 3rd place. Also also!! We gave out sharks tickets tonight. 5 pairs of tickets to 5 lucky winners. Congrats to everyone!

QUIZ RECAP

The rain kept many folks at home, but not Kyle, The PacPeople, or Fat Kyle and The Boys!  The questions were tough, but the contestants were tougher.

Truly, everyone was a winner tonight (3 teams, 3 prizes). Food & drinks were served. Laughs were had. Friendships were formed.
