What pairs well with amazing beer? AMAZING TRIVIA!!! Tuesday trivia returned to Mikkeller DTLA this week and it was met with a crowd that was smart, sophisticated, and ready to drink fabulous beer. The first round started with multiple teams with perfect scores but ended with no one brave enough to double down; this tactic changed as time progressed. Everyone learned quite a bit about Sandra Bullock movies, especially the one that we are all looking forward to seeing... "Sandra Bullock The Movie." The night belonged to the House BEERathian team (fantastically relevant name at a brewery) not only did they take home the BEER round, they also took home the championship. NHL arena homes was their jam and they literally iced the competition. Looking forward to seeing you all next week for some more tasty, tasty brews and an epic evening of trivia.

QUIZ RECAP
A great night for trivia buffs and first timers alike, with 9 teams, our top three placers were all unknown and unregistered teams, with four regular registered teams rounding out the top seven. Tonight it was the 'name this famous person - living or dead, real or fictional' that seemed to put the cat amongst the pigeons. Many teams forgetting that 'Buffy The Vampire' was a film before it was a TV series. In the end the top three prizewinners came down to a trick tiebreaker involving intimate knowledge of Kobe Bryant's first professional year.

Wow, tonight was the first King Trivia ever at Mikkeller Bar in LA, and what a night it was! With ten teams all vying for one of the three very tasty bar tab prices, plus t-shirts and other custom goodies that this famous brewer and bar has to offer. Early leader were the team known as Tequila Mockingbird, who were also celebrating a birthday with their work crew, alas it seemed as though the drinks had maybe gotten the better of their clear thinking, but boy were they having some fun! Menace To Sobriety were aptly named as they began to take the lead after a successful 'double or nothing' round. Then they pulled off the unthinkable with a second successful 'double or nothing' round, and it ws all about Menace To Sobriety in the end!
