Paperback Brewery was on FIRE!! The night was cold and damp, but that truly did not stop contestants from filling out the Entire Brewery!!! With so much true energy, hard working teams, and holiday music to top everything off, everyone kept the electricity striking the entire way through!! The waves of cheers and boos kept coming and coming after every right/wrong answer, next to the on going build of the chant "BOW-FLEXXX" from the team of the same name!! It became such a hilarious addition to the night, that I encouraged the team to keep chanting everytime their name was called out, which lead to more teams chanting it, ending it with the ENTIRE BAR chanting it out!! This has truly got to be one of the greatest nights Paperback Brewery has ever seen!!!
A grand time had by all at Paperback Brewing Company! Big Mouth Billy Bass came in third with 60, Blue Tornado took a strong second with 61 and though they didn't take the drinking round with their rendition of Cardi B's "WAP," Armadillo did take first where it counted: in points! 70 of them in fact! And never before has the word "Iowa" spoken in public gotten such a positive reaction! Our players may not know who George Marshall was, but they sure know what Curacao is! Come back next week! We'll do it all again with King Trivia!
With the night calm, and the air very cool, Trivia Night went underway with a majority of new arrivals and a couple of first time returning teams! Prepped with food, drinks, and minds of knowledge, everyone grasped the night in pure focus!
