We had a great night at Pappy's tonight with 8 teams playing! The Duke of Silver Backing Band joined us again for the second week in a row and this time they kept the lead throughout placing first with 67 points-30 points ahead of the second place team. The Brew Crew, also a returning team placed second with 37 points.
Party of One won our drinking round with the weirdest team mascot, Mr. Hops, who was a cup of beer hopping his was to first place!

Pappy's this week started out quiet with only three teams, but it kept growing throughout the night until we had a number of new teams. Our three registered teams reigned supreme tonight as they fought it out for the lead spot. The Duke Silver Backing Band were in first place all the way through, but in the end The Brewsual Suspects snatched the title of first place and they took second. In third was the Lukes of Hazard, but they did manage to win the drinking round with their vast amount of Batman knowledge. What a lovely night at Pappy's Seafood! It was like an epic hunger games throughout the night where teams slowly dropped off the map until only the most hardcore, cutthroat, and dedicated teams remained. And the winner of this hunger games was... Brew Crew, a team of employees from the brewing company up the street from Pappy's. I thought that I was going to have to do a tie breaker because of how close this game was with our second place team Cat Earth Society, but in the last round Brew Crew double or nothinged to seal the deal! In third was Stingo, who likewise stuck with it and played all 7 rounds. Also, I was feeling vain this week and for a drinking round I had teams draw portraits of yours truly.
