We had a lovely turnout of 8 teams tonight at Pappys! Some returning but a lot of new teams as well! It was a close race between the top four teams. The Brewsual Suspects kept the lead the entire night until the last round where Team Joshua swept in and stole 1st Place with all their film knowledge leaving The Brewsual Suspects in 2nd! Stingo and Kitty Kat Heart Attack battled it out for third place and the Kitty's attacked fighting their way to third by just one point! Team Citadel however won the drinking round with all their Star Wars facts!
It was such a fun night and hope to see all those old and new faces next week!

A very fun evening of King Trivia at Pappy's Seafood in San Pedro. This was my first solo gig as Quizmaster, filling in for Casey and I had a great time. Made a few rookie mistakes but with the help of some of the players I managed to overcome my senior moments! The Brewsual Suspects got off to a great start and wound up leading from start to finish, once again proving why they are a Top 10 team. Her Royal Majesty hung tough throughout and finished strong with a perfect Round 7 but did not double. Had they done so we would have had a tiebreaker!! Had some first time players with us including 2 young ladies called "Rookies" and in spite of being first timers did very respectable. All in all a great time and looking forward tooth next one. We had a lovely night of trivia on Sunday with 7 teams! The Brewsual Suspects stayed in the lead the whole time but Area 51 and Sketchy at Best switched back and fourth for 2nd and 3rd, but Area 51 eventually pulled away for 2nd.
In honor of Game of Thrones, GOT trivia was my drinking round and The Brewsual Suspects also swept that round!
