About Rescue Brewing Company

We chose this location in Historic Downtown Upland because it is the heart of Upland. Our goal is to create a space that is family oriented and a place the community can come together by having a relaxing time tasting our specialty craft beers as well as strolling the shops of our neighboring retails stores. Our mission is to give back to our community.by giving a portion of our proceeds from special events, merchandise and beer sales to our local heroes....Law Enforcement, Fire Department, Military, local Charities and Animal Rescues.

We had eleven teams in a very chill mood tonight. Very supportive. Even playful! Some fun rounds of questions tonight as well, too. Tonight we had Balutefisk and There's no crying in trivia take an early lead after the first round... but... what's this? The Thriftiest thrifters came out of nowhere and stole the top spot from both of them after the second round! WHOA! You mean Captain Kirk wasn't the cute but deadly creature? Who knew??

The game went on like this, until Balutefisk caught up to the Thrifters, tied them.. then pulled ahead!

After the Drinking Round, where Plan B clearly knew how much they knew their Brady Bunch (I mean, Sam WAS quite the looker), the game went on... but no team could catch up to Balutefisk, and they took the checkered flag. Congrats!

Whoa! Fifteen teams out to start 2024 off with a bit o' fun! There's No Crying In Trivia took the early lead being the only team to successfully win a Double after Round One. However, KABAM5 snatched it away from Crying, and held it.... held it...  held it... and then if I recall just before Round 4, Crying snatched it BACK from KABAM5! 

Jeopardy Rejects ... well, they were just happy to have won the Drinking Round. I mean, who deson't like winning beer??

But, back to the game: The Pod Squad did little to change standings at the top, and Crying kept the lead... and maintained it after Round 7, taking the Win!

Wow! FIFTEEN teams in the house! Survivors of the holidays, and ready to ring in the New Year... but only one challenge ahead of them. KING TRIVIA!

The first round had NO Double of Nothing winners, and one team (BALUTEFISK) failing to hit their Double attempt, ending them at 0 after Round 1. However, as I always say, the standings WILL change, and sure enough, they did. 

The rounds continued, and Balutefisk fought on, at one point taking the top spot from THERE'S NO CRYING IN TRIVIA... but knowing them, they won't give it up easily. They ended up stealing it back, and by only ONE point, kept the lead and the win at the end. Congrats to THERE'S NO CRYING IN TRIVIA, and thanks for all our teams for coming out.
