Looking for a fun evening to ring in the weekend early? Check out King Trivia at Shadow Grove Brewing every Thursday night at 7:30PM! We provided questions ranging from British royal houses, wartime movies, 30-year-old celebrities, and more while ten teams provided fierce yet friendly competition! Teams stayed within a one-point difference of each other throughout most of the night, culminating in a nail-biting tie breaker to determine the third place winner. Notzero and Decent at Best went head-to-head to guess how many Olivias were born in 2023 in the US, and with a guess of 6,000, Notzero came closest to the 15,270 Olivias born last year! Their third place victory netted two coupons worth $5 off one beer each, while regulars Burger Of The Day held onto the leaderboard at second place (winning three coupons) and the Cosmic Gumbo trio taking home the top prize of five coupons and first place with a commanding lead. Congrats to all our winners--but the real winners are everyone who came out for King Trivia! We'll be back again next Thursday at 7:30PM for more, so we hope to see you there!

Where else can you exercise your knowledge about bird migration, television creators, and Nobel Prize winners on a Thursday night other than at King Trivia at Shadow Grove Brewing?! Our weekly game contained all that and more as nine teams competed for glory across seven rounds of high-stakes trivia. While it was still anyone's game up to the end, the trivia regulars comprising Burger Of The Day went head-to-head with the local duo Red Bruins, the two teams switching spots repeatedly at the top of the leaderboard by a 1-2 point margin at the end of each round. In the end, Red Bruins successfully fended off Burger Of The Day to cinch the second-place spot...but it was Shohei Otani's Ill Fitting Suit that ran away with first place, scoring a whopping 58 points. Congrats to our top three teams, who each received beer coupons worth $5 off one beer at Shadow Grove Brewing! We asked questions about all that and more at this week's King Trivia at Shadow Grove Brewing! Ten fiercely-competitive teams went head-to-head over seven rounds of a wide range of topics for a chance to score coupons worth $5 off one beer at Shadow Grove. The impressive intellect on display for Cosmic Gumbo, a one-man team, was enough for him to nail third place and score two beer coupons all to himself. That left pub trivia regulars Dingerton and Small Dog In A Little Tote vying for the top spot, and while Dingerton's impressive 60-point run was enough to comfortably grab second place, Small Dog In A Little Tote showed us the power of hitting that Double or Nothing box repeatedly, successfully doubling their point totals in four rounds, surging to first place with 81 points, and heading home with 5 coupons.
