QUIZ RECAP

There is nothing I love more than a game that gets turn on its head halfway through!  We had a heated, competitive game tonight that was made even more intense by addition of a new team after Round 2. They had ground to cover and points to make up, and they did just that with a successful double or nothing in Round 3, and a winning Tiebreaker to take 2nd place overall.   We welcomed back a bunch of regular teams and the friendly competition and camraderie in the taproom tonight just couldn't be beat.  

Force of One returned to take first place, followed by Hoff Squad in second, and Generational Trauma in third.

QUIZ RECAP

Rainy, cold weather won't stop our dedicates trivia players! We kept it warm and cozy around the fire pits and inside the comfy taproom at Solano Brewing for our friendly game tonight. 5 teams battled it out over a pop culture heavy game, with questions that tested the players popular music, literature, and TV knowledge. Generational Trauma pulled ahead in round 4 and held on to first place throughout the back half of the game, while Brain Power and Beauties and the Beard took home second and third. Loved meeting new teams Ram Jets and 4 Leaf Clover tonight as well!

QUIZ RECAP

Tonight was the kind of game that Quizmasters fantasize about:  A mix of new and returning teams, rounds that were hard without being frustrating, lots of friendly competition, and a few very good puppers.  We had a fantastic night at Solano Brewing Company, and I'm so glad to have met so many new players!  

The game was fairly competitive out of the gate, with newcomers Sistas 4 Life stepping onto the podium early with the first successful double or nothing gamble.  Generational Trauma leaned into the knowledge of the dads on their team to hold onto first place for most of the game, while our second place winner, Jersey John, jumped onto the podium at the last minute with a perfect score and a double or nothing success on Round 7.  

If you're not hanging out with us on a Thursday night...what the heck are you doing with yourselves?  You're missing all the fun!  I'll save you a seat for next week 🙂
