Where others struggled, "Totally Dicks Of My Fart" excelled! Getting 7 out of 8 on the dreaded Muppet picture round and a perfect 10 on the "Boss" matching round was the difference as they cruised to victory! "Big Bowl O'Keefe" took the 50/50 chance of guessing Meriwether Lewis early for 8 points, which was all they needed to secure 2nd place! "Los Locos Kick Your Face" won the free shots by knowing the #1 hits of Summers past!

There was an uneasiness throughout the night. My iTunes was shuffling through some strange choices, and the crowd was hesitant. The game remained tight. One team doubled incorrectly early in the game, and maybe that scared the other teams. All the while, we watched as the Dodgers made their way to what would surely be a loss. Then, things changed...Yasiel Puig hit a two run walk-off double, and the fog lifted! Spirits were high, and caution be damned, doubles were thrown down! "Secular Healing" Doubled in the 6th to take a commanding lead. "Take The Pen" and Manfeelings" were tied for second place. In the Final round, "Secular Healing" was perfect in their answers, but chose not to double! "Manfeelings" & "Take The Pen" were also perfect and they DID double down, causing a 3-way tie for first! The tie breaker was Manute Bol, one of the tallest players in NBA history, stood how many inches tall? 

"Secular Healing" guessed perfectly with an answer of 91". Manfeelings" guessed 90", and "Take The Pen" guessed 92". We had to resort to a second tiebreaker for second place, with "Manfeelings" coming closer to the length of the Brooklyn Bridge!

"The Dickman's Bonerguard" proved best in the free shot round, knowing theme songs of TV shows from the 00's! They insisted I do a shot with them. Who am I to argue. 😉

It's tough to win when your team doesn't show up! "Take The Pen" was going for the 3-peat, but only one member showed up to defend their title. Still, he played strong and came in 2nd place! Tough quiz tonight with some tricky answers, causing a number of teams to double incorrectly. "Dick Tower Book 1: The Cum Slinger" (pictured above) spurted forth their knowledge and came in 1st. "Manfeelings" won the free shot round by paying attention to the nights playlist and was able to identify the most movie soundtracks for the evening.
