Last year I lost 40 pounds. With teams bringing me birthday cakes 2 days in a row...I guess you can throw that weight loss out the window! Thanks for the love peeps!
Needless Doubling doubled the first round for the early lead. Manfeelings doubled the second round and led by 1 point! Needless tied it in the 3rd. Manfeelings guessed early, but wrong in the 4th. Case Of The Mondays doubled the 5th putting them in second behind Needless by two points. Manfeelings won the free shot round and presented me with a delicious birthday cake! No teams doubled the 6th, keeping scores pretty much the same. Needless Doubling won the final round and the game, with Case Of The Mondays taking 2nd!

The "Trivi-Award".
About a year ago, a team suggested I should have a trophy for the winning team. They could have trophy at their table the following week, to show the rest of the teams what they are up against! I thought about it and decided I must "Make It So"! The response has been incredible. As soon as some teams win, they rush over and snag the trophy from last weeks winners! My trophy has been kissed, groped, even licked! (among other things) Some teams like to dress her up with skirts made of wine foil wraps.
The quote on the trophy says..."Knowledge Is Good". This came from the opening scene of Animal House. It was the quote on the statue of the Faber College Founder , Emil Faber.
After doubling rounds 2&3, It's Been A Long Week declared their intention to take the trophy, and that...they did! Two Guys, One Girl, One Cup battled with Mrs. Droughtfire for second place, with Two Guys winning by 2 points! Bad News Bears, A new team fresh from the end of their Kickball season, won the free shots for knowing the artists of hot summer hits!

My favorite team name of the year so far..."Christopher Throbin's 100 Acre Wood" controlled the game from start to finish tonight. The race for second was a lot closer. Sports Harbour 4 Ever, Manfeelings, and Sports Harvard! battled back and forth till SH4Ever dropped out with a missed double. Sports Harvard! edged out Manfeelings in the final round!
