Woweee! Last night was one for the books! Thanks so much to everyone who came out to Stache last night. We had teams coming in ready to play! So much fun to having King Trivia regulars like the Fugly Sluts, Isotopes, GSA and the Queens in the back, Steak and Eggs at the bar, and the Detox Queens shooting their shot (and winning 2nd to last place) from the patio. Congrats to Fugly sluts for their 1st place win (and good luck in DC at the trivia convention next week!) - congrats to the GSA on their 2nd place win, and winning the "best ID mugshot" drinking round! Ok, the summer lull is officially over! What an exciting night at Stache - we had 7 teams battling it out, with teams filling up the back and sprawling out into the patio. (God Save) the Fugly Sluts brought us home once again with first place, followed by the HR Department and Yoo Hoo! Big Summer Blow Out bringing up the rear with second to last place. In honour of the Queen's passing, our drinking round was dedicated to her with all the teams giving us their best rendition of her face. True to their name, God Save the Fugly Sluts won by a landslide with their very accurate portrait, embellished with references to Canada's Drag Race. Thanks for coming out! See you all next week!
