Here at The Local, we strive to support our SCV community by participating in events that we can to help where we can. We are a family owned business that is run by Local people for Local people. By partnering with a local brewer we have developed our very own Charity Ale. 10% of every pint we sell along with a % of all of our apparel sales go back to The Carousel Ranch in Agua Dulce. We hope that you will take a break in your day and come visit us to watch a game, play a game or just relax with friends and family. We also are a great place to host your next business event or personal party. We take reservations inside and on the patio. We hope to see you soon!

I had some big shoes to fill covering at the Local tonight. There was a big crowed all excited about trivia. Our numbers fluctuated through the night but at one point we had about 53 people playing! Our winners Couples Among Us was a fun group of people who actually met playing trivia! Second place were new to King Trivia but look like they will be up for more competition in the weeks to come. Finally third place was won by Local regulars Puppachinos. X Marks the Spot had some of my favorite answers for the night in round 7 (Name the oldest Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream Flavors) coming up with names like: Heavenly Hash, Moonbeam Marble and Hippy Dippy. Ben and Jerry's take note!
